Home

Written By: Daniel Gluska

We are being right here and now. Right here and now is your home. There will never be a time when we won’t be here and now. This is home. The real you that you are will always be here and now. Breathe in all of existence here and now. Embrace it all, and then let it go as you die on the out breath. Wherever you find yourself, you are here and now. We are a dance of pattern dying and arising here and now. We are always evolving here and now. We are here and now evolving. How shall we evolve? To blossom do we not need our greatest good? Do we not need truth, kindness, mindfulness and thankfulness in being here and now?

Deep Rest

Written By: Daniel Gluska

Am I depressed or in need of deep rest? How shall I overcome this sorrow? Shall I leave through the door whence I came? Perhaps this door has disappeared. It was novelty that I fell for. If I’ve never done something once, then I can’t repeat it’s action. In deep rest I find these dark parts I’ve buried. I need to let death consume these parts of me that seek deep rest within chaos from whence they came. Be one once more with passing reality and truly be the representation of the whole. All parts die and are born in the whole. No point in running from a ghost that isn’t even there. Truly realize it’s presence buried in the illusion of past and let it free in the sea of now from which it sprang. Honor the glorious here and now and let all else fade away. The darkness only scares away the light when we are scared of being scared of darkness. Dissipate your belief in changing darkness. Darkness is darkness regardless of your desire. You can only embrace learning from darkness, not annihilating it’s experience.

Aching?

Written By: Daniel Gluska

There is a sensation. There is a feeling that something’s not quite right. A feeling of death inhabits my heart. The tug of time reminds me of my loss. An aching to feel a sense of alive wholeness in this heart. I wonder of those memories of being loved and loving. I sense my current loss and lament. How sad it is that my misfortune has overtaken me. Heartbroken and nihilistic, too many problems to overcome. The self I was is dead, but this heart still aches to happily be him. We all have happy selves in moments that haunt us with accusations of our misfortune of loneliness. We lament for misfortune to leave us and let us live once more in bliss. Perhaps the only misfortune is to let our misfortune corrupt us. The aching isn’t here to torture with nihilism. It is to urge us to stand up and act in the capacity necessary to overcome misfortune.

Redefining The Past

Written By: Daniel Gluska

The past we imagine seems written in stone. The flow of now makes it not so. The stars shine at night lighting up our consciousness. The photon a dance between light and information. It is mere light residing somewhere in the universe when we don’t look at the star. We are only informed of it’s presence when we turn to look at the star. My action now causes the travel of light through the expanse of now. Millions, or possibly billions of years of now instantly breached as we turn to see the light. The light connects with our eye because we looked. Had we not looked, we wouldn’t know where the photon would be. Life is one experience of an expansive now. Past and future are projections of now, how we examine these conceptions of experience is our choice. When we look at something we redefine something. Our conception of the past is always ours to redefine right here and now. Why not choose to let our experience be a positive catalyst for the highest good right here and now?

Intrigue

Written By: Daniel Gluska

Oh sensation crawling through me! You seem to have a proclivity for pushing me to sink back into depression. How you feel gives me mysterious intrigue. Am I guilty? What is your message? You change in your manifestation of words but you often feel the same. Stop playing coy, I think. But, what’s the fun in that? You are a chess move I have seen one to many times. Your ambiguous nature makes you a peculiar choice. Are you my lesson or my suffering? You are my transformation. You are the truth of what I need to do. You are the drive to rise higher so I don’t sink so low again.

Listen

Written By: Daniel Gluska

Can you be silent? There is a vibration embodied by the universe in you. Listen to that sound. Listen to it before it even becomes thought. Feel those words bubbling to the surface and seek all the truth it has. Let truth embody you here and now. Let the evolving truth of reality be the sound you listen for. Listen to the unity of the universe. Contemplate being as it sounds through you. Contemplate the vastness of infinite vibration as it flows. Listen to the wonder of being.

Supernova

Written By: Daniel Gluska

A bright fireworks display, a faint painting we squint to see. The infinite dance of change exploding into uncontrollable beauty. We are a part of this grand moving picture. Our painting skills quite questionable. A supernova isn’t merely the transformation of ordinary into beautiful gold. It is also an exclamation of death consuming order that had it’s day. Death in it’s beauty kills the previous day and moment. We must enter the supernova of chaos to recreate once more. Adapting and evolving with truth, reality can be a wondrous supernova. Kill the past for a better and more beautiful now.

Supposed To

Written By: Daniel Gluska

Making our case against life with all it’s lacking supposed to. We suppose things are supposed to be a certain way. This is the devil of our imagination. There is no supposed to, only what is. We can only tilt the world to good in how we behave with how reality is. We can’t lament for life to change, it already does. Instead, change with life, flow with how life guides the best out of you. Life isn’t supposed to. Life could have just as easily not been you. But life is you! It is here and now. Breathe in with thankfulness for being and make the best of being. This is what you’re supposed to do.

Worth It

Written By: Daniel Gluska

A sense of nihilism isn’t far from a visit. Darkness lives as an all consuming thick cloud. In this sense of fatalism we find no way out. In identifying with and as this depressive state, we get lost. We lose ourselves in the illusion of permanence. Life is a dynamic engine of information always being transformed by consciousness. In this lost state we get fooled and think the opposite of this pain is pleasure. Let us chase hedonism and happiness, then we’ll solve our problems. Wrong! There is no permanent solution to life. The order that we create now will eventually become chaos once more. Then we will need to embrace chaos once more to create order. The only eternal truth is seeking truth. Making life worth it, is seeking truth and living truth right here and now. Conquer yourself and this one day, only you can make life worth it.

Connected

Written By: Daniel Gluska

The polarities of existence create a sense of nihilism. Good hating evil, and evil hating good. Who decides which is which? From our seemingly separate polarity we assume other is evil. Yet, we are one experience, other’s perspective mutually creates our perspective. If you annihilate the enemy without, you will be left with the enemy within. You can never annihilate the enemy within, nor can you truly annihilate the enemy without. Enemies are a dimension of seeing polarity in oneself and in external experience. Respect your hate of self and other as a crucible for truth. Let disgust be a drive to live truth and flee from a chaotic hell. Honor the opportunity to continually reconnect with the unity of truth . What you do, the universe does, lift your responsibility of existence into the dimension of uniting truth in being.

Physical or Spiritual?

Written By: Daniel Gluska

We punch and punch but life doesn’t relent. Everything hangs in the balance. We try with all our physical might. Punch after punch and still not strong enough. Maybe we’re fooled by what we see. Punching to be physically good enough is never going to be the achieved result. There will always be infinite growth that will fade away with death. Time won’t give us that future we grasp at. The only way through is with this one punch, this one now. Punch or be punched, you only ever have one punch. Mindfully be your best punch right here and now.

Incongruence

Written By: Daniel Gluska

I’m running for my life! Running from all that pain and suffering. Miserable being miserable, gonna drop my burden of being. Let it just drown the collective. Wait, is that just a false attempt to escape? I will disappear, won’t I? Wait! I won’t? I’ll just be I again, a mask of the collective once more. A dance of I collectively experiencing. So our pain and suffering is an experience of being I and being the collective. So running from circumstantial pain and suffering is running an aspect of THE Self?! Why run from your fire? Run to and through it’s shortcomings with compassion and the desire to learn. Be like the strong tree that withstands the greatest winds. There’s no avoiding reality, might as well not pretend. Either you have what it takes to withstand the wind, or you grow like the tree and manifest true congruence of self.

Important

Written By: Daniel Gluska

Nothing is more important than thinking, feeling, knowing, speaking, and living truth. Without truth we are incongruent with reality. Our delusions exclude us from reality, we only get glimpses of true being when we hide in our lies. Be compassionate for your truth, cherish each moment. It is a universal existence limited to your biology of spacetime. A moment never to be beheld once more. Moments of utmost importance continuously flowing through you. Your universe depends on your truth, THE universe depends on your truth. You were fated, take the position that you’re not and that’s your fate. There’s no escaping fate, only a fate of escape. Don’t run, stand straight and tall, truth is courageous and strong, not weak and confused like illusion. Seek your truth internally as if your life depended on it, and your life does. Each moment is a choice for truth and love, or lies and fear.

Powerless?

Written By: Daniel Gluska

Oh nature, we sought out to conquer you. The right hand rose up to strike the left. A dance of foolishness for the inside to blame the outside. Yet, we are nature, do we not become the Earth once more in death? Are we not star stuff? Are we not fundamentally one unit of existence? How can we blame the Earth for quaking, when we haven’t acknowledged what we’ve done to Earth. We lament about natural evils such as storms and global warming, but are we not the storms and global warming? Have we not doubled the population in billions in just 100 years? Is that not global warming through all the energy a human uses and gives off, now grounded on our spaceship Earth? Let us not delude ourselves, nature hasn’t happened to us, it is us. Let us cherish that we still shine the sun and that the sun shines us to life. Let us look inward and be honest of our personal failures that need fixing instead of being victims of what we too have done to ourselves. Stop conveniently scapegoating nature for not being what we want it to be. That is a mirror’s reflection of our lack of courage to take responsibility for being. We are not separate from the universe in action, we are the universe in action.

Moving Forward

Written By: Daniel Gluska

We turn around to look at the past but it’s gone. Rewinding and replaying as if it’s our current reality. Attempting to grasp an ethereal ungraspable reality. Our current reality always passing through us. A never ending dance of now reemerging every moment. We sometimes tell ourselves to find security and press pause. Finally get that relaxation we so idolize. In a world that needs healing and elevating, we can’t stay still. Only the dead stay still. Living is for being dynamic, a chance to be more right here and now. We can’t move forward when life already moves us forward regardless of our delusions. We are reborn every moment from the ashes of experience. Mindfully choose how you let go of the past right here and now.
